How do I contact Senza Fondo?
To make a booking please use our website. If you need to contact us for any reason, please email us at ciao@senzafondo.com and we'll reply asap or alternatively call us on 020 4524 9051

What food is served at Senza Fondo?
Senza Fondo will serve indulgent Italian/ American delights with a menu dedicated to elevating comfort food to new heights and fresh pasta. The all-you-can-eat lasagna, for £20, is the menu’s star attraction, accompanied by stacks of mortadella with pistachio to be shared family-style, Italian-American favourite fettucini alfredo, a lasagna-style pizzette as well as an array of sharing specials from aubergine parmigiana to grilled wing rib on the bone with beef jus and apple mostarda. There will be daily off-menu dishes such as burnt lasagna ends available on request. To finish off, indulge in tiramisu, wood fired apple pie and olive oil gelato.

Do you offer vegetarian, vegan, and gluten free options?
Yes we do. Our Senza Signature Lasagna will be soaked in all the glory of a traditional lasagna, however we will be serving a vegetarian lasagna, alternative gluten free pastas which are just as delicious and other meat and fish options too.

Do you have a separate bar area where I can come for just a drink?
Yes! We love it when you arrive early, stay after dinner or just fancy popping in for a cocktail, our bar is hidden at the back where you can pull up a stool and soak in the atmosphere!

What time do you open and close?
We are open from Tuesday - Saturday, 5.30pm - midnight. With last food order at 10pm

Do you allow dogs?
Yes we are dog friendly, but they must be trained and on a lead. Please let us know at the time of booking if you are bringing a dog and we will accommodate with the best table for you and your furry friend!

Are you kid friendly?
We are kid friendly with high chairs and we have a limited kids menu

Do you offer delivery or takeout?
Currently no, subject to change

Do you have parking available?
No we don’t have onsite parking but there is street parking available nearby.

Can you accommodate food allergies?
Absolutely! Please inform our staff about any allergies, and we’ll suggest suitable dishes.

Do I need a reservation, or do you accept walk-ins?
We accept both reservations and walk-ins. However, we recommend reserving during peak hours to ensure a table.

How can I make a reservation?
You can make a reservation by calling us, booking through our website: insert booking widget.

Do you host private events or parties?
Yes, we offer private event hosting. Please email us at ciao@senzafondo.com for details and availability.

Can I bring my own cake for a special occasion?
Yes, you can bring your own cake. However, there is charge of £5

Do you have outdoor seating?
No, we don't have outdoor seating.

What forms of payment do you accept?
We DO NOT accept cash. We do accept credit/debit cards, American express and digital payment options like [e.g., Apple Pay, Google Pay].

What is your cancellation policy for reservations?
We kindly request at least 24 hours notice for cancellations and a minimum of 48 hours notice for bookings larger than 8.

Do you charge a service fee or gratuity?
A discretionary service charge of 12.5% will be included on your bill.

Do you have a loyalty program?

Can I reserve a specific table?
No, tables are allocated to guests. However, if a desired table is available upon arrival then we are more than happy to accommodate.

Do you accept reservations for large groups?
Yes we do, only up to 16 and 1 booking per service as our seating arrangement doesn’t allow for more. However, if you are happy to sit on separate tables that are next to one another then we can accommodate.

Do you require a deposit for group reservations?
Yes we do. A deposit of £10 per head is required for bookings of 10 or more.

Can I modify my reservation after booking?
Yes, modifications can be made online up to 24 hours prior to reservation. Please email us at ciao@senzafondo.com or phone us on 020 4524 9051 if changes need to be made within 24 hours of reservation.

Introduction
We are committed to respecting and protecting your personal data. The following policy outlines the general processes we go through once you provide your data. Please read carefully to understand the practice and guidelines in place to ensure we keep your data secure and inform you of what we do with your data.

What are cookies?

Photography and video
Senza Fondo reserves the right to take photos and videos within its venue at all times. These images will be used by us to share positive promotional news about its events and experiences across all digital channels of communication and the occasional internal memorandum. Images may also be used in press releases, printed publicity and published on our websites globally. All Images are stored securely on our server. If you would prefer for you or your child not to be photographed or filmed, please email us (Ciao@senzafondo.com) and ask for a member of the Marketing team.

What data we collect
As soon as you visit our website, our web server will automatically record an anonymous profile of which website you visited us from, pages you have visited and what sequence, and the date and length of your visit. This aggregate does not identify you specifically. We do store personal identifiable data when you volunteer to submit your information through our booking forms, or purchase items through our online retail shop. This data is any information that identifies you which includes first and last name, email address, telephone number, company name and payment details. We may also collect additional information such as interests, preferences, transactional information, demographics (e.g. age, gender).

Our cookies policy
We and other third party service providers and partners may send your computer “cookies” to enhance your online experience. Cookies are coded files that can classify you as a unique user and store your personal preferences which allow us to see which pages you have visited and in what order. We use cookies to personalise your visit to the website, see traffic on the website and track user trends, patterns and selections for authorised download and for technical reasons connected with your use of our site. The information we collect includes your name, postal address, e-mail address, telephone number, date of birth, gender, social media account details (such as facebook and twitter), and any other information you provide on registration, on placing an order and through other means on the website, some of which will comprise your personal information.

If you are ordering a takeaway from one of our restaurants you may also provide us with your credit or debit card number and expiry date. We will not store this information which will instead be processed and stored by our payment providers in accordance with their privacy policies when you buy a gift card you may also provide us with your credit or debit card number and expiry date. This information will be processed by transaction wireless in accordance with its privacy policy.

We collect your data to enable us to: provide a better user experience on our website, send you content that would be of interest to you through newsletters, to carry out promotion activities and to constantly build stronger marketing campaigns both online and offline based on customer needs and wants, improve our service through reservation and sales by dealing with enquiries or queries and booking process, pursuing leads through sales and events, provide customer service on-site by understanding and appreciating our repeat customers.

We are constantly evolving our technology and whilst we cannot always guarantee warrant the security of personal data, we are always improving our security in line with legal requirements.

How we will store your personal data
We store all personal data locally. There will be times when we will need to transfer your data to central database systems located in United Kingdom, as we improve our booking process. Your information will not be stored for longer than is necessary for the purposed of described in this privacy policy.

Will we share your personal data with anyone else?
We may share your data between entities within our group for operational purposes. By using our website and submitting your personal data, you agree for anyone working for us to access your data and use it for the purposes as outlined in this privacy policy.

Your data may be shared with third parties who are providing a service to us. We may also provide anonymous or aggregate data with advertisers and business partnerships to understand customer trends and patterns, as well as maintaining our business relationships. Should there be any changes, we will update this page and changes will be allocated to the top of this page as well as highlighted in bold with the date of change.
